Method :

-Added coconut juice from 2 young coconut to plain water till 3000ml. Bring it to boil.

-Add 200gm of suger, coconut flesh and coconut jelly powder to the solution.

-Mix well. Turn off the flame. Pour into moulds and set in refridgerator. Serve best when chilled.

-将2粒香椰子水加清水3000ml 倒入锅里煮滚。

-加入200gm的糖（1杯），椰子肉和椰子遮厘粉搅拌均匀， 熄火后。

-倒入摸型，待凝固放入冰箱即可。
